A place to train in self-healing and the art of working with your own inner landscape to more peacefully navigate life’s natural rhythms with confidence and clarity. This group is rooted in yogic and Jyotish principles, but it is not a Jyotish course. It’s a space for practice, reflection, and recalibration—so you can move from feeling lost to feeling in rhythm.

How It Works

Burnout isn’t just tiredness—it’s a kind of soul-exhaustion. It happens when you’ve given more than you had to give for too long and find yourself on empty. At this point, no amount of “self-care” or “mindset shifts” can touch it. What you really need is a place to be still, be seen, and be fed in a way that actually restores you.
