Meditation has been my medicine through illness, burnout, grief, and the ordinary chaos of life. After a lifetime of study across traditions, I’ve come to see that everything can be distilled into four simple gestures—a quiet dance of aligning, listening, attuning, and allowing.

This practice is simple enough to begin right away and deep enough to sustain a lifetime. It isn’t about effort or achievement. It’s about remembering what is already within you and allowing it to carry you through each breath, each day, and even through life’s greatest passages.

I first recorded this practice for friends who asked what had helped me heal. Now I offer it freely for anyone ready to begin.

Meditation is medicine—always free, always available. The key is already in your hands. Let’s turn it together.
